We had a nice holiday, and the kids had fun. I've posted a few pictures from Christmas day and that evening that I hope you enjoy. Click here to see them!

This past Saturday, Jonathan was queued up to go to 3 birthday parties for his friends. Although he was sick the night before, he felt ok to go to the parties. First was Savanna's at Chuck-E-Cheese. Next, was some bouncy fun at Pump-It-Up (same place HIS party will be at this Sunday!) for Caitlyn's party, then we rushed home because we thought his tummy was going to turn inside out again. We didn't make it to #3. Check out these great pictures!

Yesterday Kathryn had her 6 month checkup, and Jonathan had his 3 year checkup. Both went well! Kathryn got 4 shots, weighs 17 lbs 1 oz and is 27" long (I think) and Jonathan got his flu shot (didn't like that, but he got 3 Thomas trains out of the deal!), and I didn't catch how much he weighs or how tall he is. I know that he is 40th percentile for height and 75th percentile for weight. Both are healthy and growing very well.

John took some great pictures of Jonathan and Kathryn playing in the floor of Kathryn's room the other night. Kathryn is now sitting up very well, mostly unassisted, and has lots of fun with it. Jonathan has been having fun lately handing her new toys to grab. Click here to see them playing.

Oh, what is technology coming to these days? I have just created my own site on Scrapbook.com and I can chat and share ideas with tens of thousands of scrapbooking finatics just like me! Way cool. Great way to "scraplift" ideas from other people when you get stuck! Check it out by clicking the link above. If you want to check out pages I've uploaded from the kids albums, save this link!

I've uploaded pictures of Jonathan's first trip to Gentry's Farm in Franklin from this past Sunday! He had a great time. Click here to see them.

I have also uploaded some random "play" pictures of Kathryn from September, including Jonathan kissing her on the head, Jonathan with Grandnana, and a cute sleepy pose.

Summer Outings

Photos of two very fun outings can be viewed here. Jonathan got to visit his cousins Grayson and Skyler in Atlanta, where we all went to the new Aquarium. Also we enjoyed our first "Day out with Thomas" in Nashville with Jonathan's "girlfriend" Savannah.

I just uploaded some photos of Jonathan sitting on various machinery in the "construction zone" in our neighborhood. He loves the steam-roller best of all!

Kathryn is now 2 months old today! She went to see Dr. Ladd for her 2 month checkup, and to receive 5 lovely immunization shots. We now know what her waling screams sound like. She weighs 10 pounds 11 oz (50th percentile), height is 22 inches (40th percentile), and head circumfrance is 15 1/4" (50th percentile also). She's growing like a weed, and doesn't feel a BIT of nearly 11 pounds! She starts her first day of school tomorrow at Legacy Academy. Jonathan is doing great after busting his lip on his bed the other day. He's still a great big brother! New "2 month" pictures are up on flickr here.

Video of this past Sundays "Family Dedication" at First Baptist Church can be viewed at the URL below. For best results, right-click and do "save target as" to your PC. Then double click on the wmv file that you have saved, and it should launch Windows Media Player.

This is for broadband users only....it you are on "dial-up" I wouldn't bother (it might take an hour or so to download!).

We just uploaded some pictures to the "Month 1" photo set, so take a look! Kathryn has her 2 month doctor's appointment this coming Wednesday, and she'll get her first round of immunizations. :( I go back to work on Thursday July 13th (another frowny face). Today, Jonathan has a fun day planned at school. It's "water play day" so he went dressed in his swim trunks, then afterwards they get to wear PJ's for the rest of the day, and it's also show-n-tell. He brought a whole slew of trains to show (surprise, surprise). This weekend is Kathryn's baby dedication at First Baptist Nashville, and she has the most amazing gown to wear. We'll post those pictures up here as well next week!

As far as the dogs go, they're fine. They are at the groomers today - anticipating the weekend arrival of their extended family the Roswell Hagewood's! They have to look nice and pretty for them!
